The Johnstone River Crocodile Park has endeavoured to depict animals and vegetation in their nautural state. Free roaming animals and conditions to represent the environment, can be dangerous.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

By payment of the entrance fee together with your admission to the Johnstone River Crocodile Park you hereby acknowledge, and it is an express condition of your entry, that all times during your visit and including but not limited to any activities you participate in conducted by Johnstone River Crocodile Park you hereby for yourelf, your heirs, executors, assigns and next-of-kin and each of them release, waive and discharge the Johnstone River Crocodile Park and its owners, officers, directors and employees of and from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses and, or damage of any kind of nature to your personal property or to that, if any, minor under your supervision, whilst on the property of the Johnstone River Crocodile Park.
